‘Vijayadasami’ cans last song September 9, 2007

Canning of a song is in progress for ‘Vijayadasami’ directed by V Samudra and produced by Edara Ranga Rao on the banner of Sai Sarwajit Movies with Nandamuri Kalyanram and Vedika in the lead.
Generally, political parties would rope in film stars for campaign during the elections unmindful whether they would get the votes or not but people would throng in large numbers for the public meetings to have a glance at their favourite stars.
Such real life incidents could be watched in this film. Saikumar is playing a politician in this movie and he brings in film star Simran for election campaign on his behalf.
A dance programme of the heroine would be arranged for the purpose and the hero shakes legs with her in that dance sequence.
A song ‘Cine Taara Vachindoy… Swagataalu Cheppandoy…’ is being canned under the choreography of Ashokraj.
Director Samudra says, ‘We will wrap up the shooting part of the film with the canning of this song.’
The producer is making efforts to release the film on September 21.

Actor Kalyan Ram is a self-confessed, shy and conservative man at heart.
After his unexpected successes of ‘Athanokkade’, Kalyan Ram has moved on with life. But the actor’s career has been going through a lean patch following the debacle of his previous two films ‘Asadhyudu’ and ‘Lakshmi Kalyanam’.
He got married and now he has an understanding on real life romance.
“Despite the image of a charmer that media has been giving me recently, I’m a little shy and conservative person deep within,” Kalyan Ram feels.
Kalyan Ram added that his idea of perfect romance is a slow, gradual flowering of love.
“I like to take it slow. There should be flowers, candlelight dinners, long walks and friendly talks. When it comes to close relationships, I don’t like to rush,” Kalyan Ram said.
Has he found love again?
“I’m taking it cool for sometime. I am enjoying the love of my fans,” said Kalyan Ram.
His wife must be lucky.
Kalyan Ram’s career will get a fresh lease of life if his forthcoming film “Vijaya Dasami” going to be a hit.
Simran song remains balance for ‘Vijayadasami’ August 26, 2007

The audio of ‘Vijayadasami’ directed by V Samudra and produced by Edara Ranga Rao on the banner of Sai Sarwajit Movies with Nandamuri Kalyanram and Vedika in the lead was released into the market on August 23.
Dialogue King Saikumar is playing villain in this movie.
Senior heroine Simran is doing an item song in this film. But for this song, the shooting of the remaining film was completed. Srikanth Deva is scoring music for the flick, while Paruchuri Brothers are scripting dialogues.
It is well aware that the film is the remake of a successful Tamil film ‘Sivakasi’ directed by Perarasu.
Jayasudha, Suman, Srinivasa Reddy and others are in the cast. The producer is making efforts to release the film on September 6.

Audio of Vijaya Dasami was launched at a function arranged in Annapurna studios. This function is attended by Eedara Rangarao, V Samudra, D Rama Naidu, B Gopal, Kalyan Ram, Vishnu, Paruchuri brothers, Sai Kumar, Peararasu (Sivakasi director) Vedika, Srikanth Deva, Jayasudha, rama Prabhas,, Ram Prasad, Nandamuri Hari etc attended the function.
Perarasu launched the trailer of the film. D Rama Naidu released the audio and gave the first unit to B Gopal. Sarita Rama Rao bought the first cassette for 27 thousand rupees in an auction.
Sai Kumar said, “I acted with NTR and Bala Krishna in Major Chandrakanth and Rowdy Inspector respectively. Both of them became blockbusters. I am doing villain role in Vijaya Dasami. This film too will become a super hit. Kalyan Ram had a different body language in this film.”
Samudra said, “I would like to thank AM Ratnam and MS Raju for giving rights and title respectively. All songs in this film are good. Paruchuri brothers penned superb dialogues for all my films. I am feeling very happy to have worked with Kalyan Ram. He has new get-up, songs and fights in this film. This film will remain as the number one film in Kalyan Ram’s career.”
Hero Kalyan Ram said, “Vijaya Dasami is a full length commercial film. Working with veterans like Jayasudha and Sai Kumar helped me. Samudra is a commercial director and he could extract the best from us. There songs are of mass type. Perarasu gave excellent script. I saw Sivakasi film in Vizag and felt that I should do this film. Vedika dances are pretty good in this film. She has a great future. I would like to thank all Nandamuri fans who had been encouraging us.

Simran had acted with Balakrishna. And then with his brother Harikrishna. Now, she is doing a hot number with Kalyan Ram, the third generation hero in Nandamuri clan. Simran who has just made comeback and started her second innings with Balakrishna’s Okka Magadu is doing a special item song in Kalyan Ram’s Vijayadasami. At present, the song is being canned at Nanakramguda Cine Village in Hyderabad. Simran will begin shooting for director Kuchipudi Venkat’s John Apparao 40 Plus from August 23rd. Simran who did perform a medley of songs at Filmfare Awards recently spoke to TC.com and informed us that she loves acting. “That is why I have come back to my first love,” she said.
